Located in Ramsey's Town Center, The Waterfront is a two-acre public park designed as a year-round destination for recreation, gathering, and community life. Created in partnership with the City of Ramsey, the park combines interactive water play, flexible event spaces, and thoughtfully integrated landscape features to create a welcoming public space for residents of all ages.

The design brings together natural stone, planting, gathering spaces, and more than 90 interactive spray jets within a cohesive public realm experience. Shaded seating areas, reservable pavilions, and flexible recreation spaces support daily use while accommodating community events, family gatherings, and seasonal programming.

Designed for long-term performance, The Waterfront balances high-use recreation with durable materials, accessible amenities, and flexible spaces that remain active beyond the summer months. The result is a vibrant civic destination that strengthens Ramsey's Town Center and provides lasting opportunities for play, relaxation, and community connection.
