The realignment of Smith Avenue and Dodd Road enabled the expansion of Albert Park, a flexible civic plaza, and the Officer Scott Patrick Memorial. The plaza’s multifunctional lawn, iconic WSP letters, and branded site elements support daily use and events, while the memorial offers a contemplative space developed with Officer Patrick’s family and community.
