Graco Koch Center Expansion

Graco Inc. doubled the size of its manufacturing facility in Rogers from its former 316,194-square-foot facility by adding a 479,766 square foot addition in 2019. The previous facility spanned partially across two parcels, both of which Graco owns. The renovation plan combined the two parcels into a single, 29.95-acre parcel.

Damon Farber Associates, in collaboration with RSP Architects, created a landscape design featuring outdoor spaces for collaboration, gathering, and training areas for Graco employees. Landscape features include two welcome plazas, an outdoor training center facility, stormwater features, and modern plantings.
