Normandale Lake Office Park

Going above and beyond the typical office landscape, the proposed design includes spaces to work outdoors and have meetings, recreational amenities, spaces for gathering in larger groups, and opportunities to be alone and relax. The ecological function of the site will also be improved with restoration of the water body and additional stormwater infrastructure.
