Beacon Hill

Designed to metaphorically represent the circle of life, the new Pavilion Courtyard at Beacon Hill programmatically functions as the nucleus of this senior living community. This new outdoor space, previously a parking lot, was part of a larger $19 million project that added 28,000 square feet of resident amenities, including two restaurants, a sandwich and pizza café, and wine bar that all overlook and connect to this outdoor space. Spiritually meaningful, water has represented the origin of life for thousands of years, and the courtyard’s water feature eloquently symbolizes life and rebirth.
