Opus Development constructed a $90 million – 27 story, 330 unit luxury-apartment tower. The site, which is named after the former Powers Department Store, is on the half-block that faces the light rail transit station between Marquette Avenue and Nicollet Mall. The first two floors of the tower include 25,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The outdoor roof terrace will include a pool and spa, outdoor fire pit, dog play area, bar and kitchen gazebo.
