Pentagon Park

These water networks interweave the entire site, and promote a public park like setting for the development. The guiding principles for the site include green corridors through each block, pedestrian connections that link outdoor terraces with a vast network of pedestrian sidewalk and trails. Systems were developed to collect, filter, monitor and re-utilize roof and site rainwater and include the integration of infiltration basins, dry creek beds, porous pavers, native stone and native plants as placemaking for the development.
