Lot D
Duluth, Minnesota
Situated in the Bayfront District, Lot D is the last undeveloped mixed-use site along the scenic 26-mile Duluth waterfront. Years of remediation work have prepared the historically industrial site for a transition from brownfield into a community asset. Imagined as a mix of housing, lodging, and commercial services bounded by a public waterfront park, Damon Farber worked with Inland Development Partners, Architectural Advantage, and the City of Duluth to to create a vision for equitable and unique experiences along the St. Louis Harbor capable of significantly enhancing connectivity between the variety of uses on the site and throughout the adjacent waterfront. These initial designs showcase the vast potential Lot D holds for the City of Duluth. We are proud to share our work as the City seeks bonding funds to support this transformative project.
