Dhruv Lokhande

Design Intern

Dhruv is a rising-senior in the Bachelor of Landscape Architecture program at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Growing up in Pune, India, he closely observed the systemic challenges faced by urban landscapes and is inspired by the transformative power of landscape architecture. Dhruv’s interest in celebrating indigenous practices through people-centric & research-oriented design has led him to conduct travel research and document the everyday acts of placemaking in India. Sketches from his expedition capture the uniqueness of people-led design and have been published in ASLA’s Landscape Architecture Magazine. At Damon Farber, Dhruv brings this energy to contribute towards designing “landscapes that resonate with their communities”!

In his free-time, Dhruv can be found trying to clear his storage so that he can take more pictures of stones and sunsets and everything in between.
