Blake is a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities. He completed his Master of Urban & Regional Planning and Master of Landscape Architecture degrees at the University of Minnesota with a minor in Heritage Studies & Public History and an emphasis on Ecological Restoration. He is driven by a sense of connection to and respect for his surrounding environment and a desire to help deepen and heal our collective relationships with our local landscapes. Blake’s ability to think at a range of scales along with his passion for research and communication ground his work in awareness and precision. In his free time, Blake enjoys interacting with the world on foot, bike, ski, hammock, and many kinds of chairs. Someday, he hopes to add some boats to that list, too.
