For over 15 years Terry Minarik has been practicing landscape architecture in the United States and Canada . Terry has an extensive background in project management, open space design and planning which has benefited Damon Faber Associates since he joined the firm in early 2002. Before joining the firm Terry graduated with a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture and gained experience working in multi-disciplinary planning and design firms. Terry has a comprehensive project background; his work has included major civic plazas, public parks, residences, educational facilities, hospitals, museums, and corporate campuses. Examples of recent projects include the West Lakes Wellness Campus, Target Northern Campus, Fairview Children's Hospital, Wonju Medical City, Maple Grove Town Green and Amphitheater, Sportstown USA and the Fountains at Arbor Lakes.

With all his projects, Terry provides unique and contextually sensitive design solutions while maintaining a focus on delivering quality, cost effective, and buildable landscapes. Terry is fluent through all phases of the design process, and works comfortably with clients and consultants to coordinate projects from concept through construction.
