clients. The aspect of inclusion, the public participation process
and an emphasis on community oriented workshops allow for a significant
input from the user. This results in a functionally driven project
within a framework of aesthetic sensitivity, fiscal responsibility
and pragmatic programming.
BKV Group was awarded a 2005 Merit Award
from AIA Minneapolis for Edina City Hall. The jury had this to say;
"A strong civic building with a presence. The design is a source
of great pride for the community."
