Grant Park, the $100 million residential development codeveloped by Opus Northwest L.L.C. and Apex Asset Managemnt in Minneapolis, received the “Best Overall” award in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal “2002 Best In Real Estate” awards.

Grant Park is a 327-unit for sale residential community centering around a 27-story condominum tower. Architecture was provided by OPUS Architects and Engineers Inc., Minneapolis and Humphreys and Partners Architects, Dallas.

The landscape plan highlights the formal ‘Entry Court’, the ‘West Garden’ and the ‘North Terrace’. The ‘Entry Court’ includes a circular drop-off and a dramatic ornamental paving pattern. The ‘West Garden’ consists of a historic style gazebo and ceremonial perennial garden. The ‘North Terrace’ offers dramatic views of the downtown skyline, a cast-iron fountain, cedar arbor, café seating and an intricate paving pattern.
