Friendship Village

Damon Farber Associates assisted Friendship Village with the addition of their transitional housing.  New townhomes were desired and DFA was charged with sensitively integrating the new housing type into the site.  The new homes ultimately wrap around an existing storm water pond that was enhanced with new walking trails, lighting, benches, arbors, and water aerators.

DFA was an important liason between Friendship Village, the City of Bloomington, and the surrounding neighborhood during the design and implementation process.
