Stonebridge Homes at Friendship Haven

The future Stonebridge twin and single family homes for seniors is a master planned community in a picturesque wooded setting surrounded by deep ravens on the edge of Fort Dodge Iowa. This has been a long anticipated expansion to the Friendship Haven campus that is currently under construction.

Damon Farber Associates worked along side the architect locating the access road and building pads to sensitively develop this acreage into a community that respects its naturally beautiful setting. Steps are being taken to ensure the protection of mature trees and native woodlands. Through multiple site visits and site plan adjustments we planned a woodland community of homes complete with wellness trails, a park area with a picnic shelter, and fi re pit for the neighborhood to enjoy.
