Damon Farber Associates has been involved with campus improvements at Luther Seminary for over 15 years. The firm’s initial involvement was in the development of a comprehensive Master Plan in1988.

The office has been responsible for design and implementation of over twenty three campus improvement projects over the past decade. The firm is currently working on an Updated Master Plan to guide physical campus development into the year 2010.

Improvements over the years have included; a comprehensive signage and wayfinding package, pedestrian lighting for campus safety, student housing parking lot expansions, the Campus Commons outdoor dining, Northwestern Hall Entry and memorial court, Bockman Hall arrival court, ADA improvements at Muskego Church, Gullixson Hall entry court, walking paths and athletic field improvements.
