Creating a sense of place and focus for the community, providing year-round visibility; addressing safety and security issues; and providing pedestrian / bicycle linkages to surrounding neighborhoods and retail areas are among the principal objectives of the Hibbing Community College Campus Master Plan prepared by Damon Farber Associates. The Plan will establish a vision which will guide campus growth and renewal into the next century.

The plan will create and maintain a basic distinctive and inspiring vision for the physical development of the campus; seeking to enrich the experience of all who come to the campus; maximizing the value of existing physical assets while responding to emerging / changing physical needs.
